Every project begins with listening.
Flowers have a unique ability to communicate what words sometimes cannot. They celebrate milestones, express identity, honour memories and transform spaces into experiences. At A&F Floral Art & Design, I believe every floral design should begin not with flowers, but with people.
Before I sketch a single idea, I take time to understand your story, your vision and the purpose behind your event. Whether I am designing for a luxury brand, a historic venue or an intimate private celebration, every commission begins by listening carefully and interpreting what makes that occasion unique.
Rather than applying a recognisable signature style, I create every floral concept from first principles. Each design responds to its client, its venue and its story, resulting in floral experiences that are both visually distinctive and deeply personal.
Meet Anita
My name is Anita Li AIFD®, founder and creative director of A&F Floral Art & Design.
Originally established in Hong Kong in 2019, A&F has evolved alongside my own creative journey. Since relocating to the United Kingdom in 2023, I have continued to develop the studio, bringing together international commercial experience, artistic excellence and a passion for meaningful design.
Today, I specialise in bespoke floral experiences for luxury brands, heritage venues, corporate events and private celebrations throughout the UK. My portfolio ranges from product launches and gala dinners to weddings, exhibitions and large-scale floral installations within Grade I listed buildings.
While every project is unique, my approach remains the same: to create work that is thoughtful, purposeful and true to the people it represents.
Artistic Excellence Meets Commercial Experience
My background combines artistic practice with the practical demands of commercial events.
I am proud to be an AIFD® Accredited Floral Designer, an AIFD® Certified Floral Judge and Evaluator, and a Silver Medallist at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show 2026. These achievements reflect my commitment to continual learning, technical excellence and the highest professional standards.
Alongside my design practice, I am also an **AIFD® Education Partner**, authorised to deliver the internationally recognised **Certified Floral Designer (CFD®)** programme, mentoring and supporting the next generation of floral designers.
A Personal Approach
As an independent studio, every client works directly with me from our first conversation through concept development, design, installation and final dismantling.
As A&F Floral Art & Design continues to grow, I will build a team that shares the same values, attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship. Every project will continue to be guided by the principles on which the studio was founded: thoughtful listening, creative interpretation, meticulous execution and genuine care for every client, every venue and every commission.
