About us
A&F Floral Art and Design is a collaboration between Anita Li AIFD® and Florence Ling AIFD®, both internationally accredited floral designers and evaluators/judges. Established in Hong Kong in 2019, our exceptional floral education and design services have now expanded to the United Kingdom.
Our expertise covers a wide range of professional floral design services, from corporate and private occasions to shop and catering space decorations, as well as bespoke items like bouquets and wearable flowers. Our creative and enchanting floral designs have earned us trust from a diverse clientele with discerning taste.
Additionally, we are passionate about sharing our knowledge and offer floral education to those interested in pursuing floral design as a hobby or a business. As an AIFD® education partner, we are authorised to award qualified students AIFD®'s internationally recognised Certified Floral Designer (CFD®) designation.
A&F Floral Art and Design has been awarded the Trade Mark Surrey Hills, an accreditation and a Mark of local provenance, quality and sustainability. The Award promotes the very best of what Surrey has to offer and celebrates those organisations of high quality that reflect and support the distinct and special nature of the Surrey Hills and who share the values of supporting the local environment.

Our floral designs were selected for the book “Artistic Floral Design 2020” that features inspirational works of only 24 floral designers around the world.
About American Institute of Floral Designers:
Established in 1965, the American Institute of Floral Designers is, today, the floral industry’s leading non-profit organization dedicated to establishing, maintaining and recognising the highest standard of professional floral design. AIFD and its worldwide accredited members are in the forefront of the industry in presenting educational design programs and in designing flowers for such renowned events as the Tournament of Roses Parade, Academy Awards and Presidential Inaugurations. They are an extraordinary group of talented artists.
Accredited membership in AIFD is extremely selective and can be obtained only after a candidate has effectively demonstrated advanced professional ability of his or her floral artistry. Members proudly wear the “AIFD addendum on their name to demonstrate that their peers have found them to be “Accredited in Floral Design.” They must continue to demonstrate their “cutting edge” art by meeting specified continuing education requirements."
